Non-Emergency Claims

Losses that do not pose a risk of ongoing damage if not addressed immediately are classified as "non-emergency claims." Examples of such claims include break-ins where doors and windows remain secured, hail damage that does not lead to leaks, mysterious disappearances of items, and carpet stains.
